Destination Florida is recruiting volunteers for this year’s trip to Disneyland in Florida.
You don’t need a medical qualification or necessarily work with children, although it would help, However, we do need Night Nurses and care workers for the night shifts.
You do need a caring and kind personality, sense of humour alongside high levels of energy and live in the North of England.
Please, download a Volunteer Application Form if you wish to be considered as a volunteer on this year’s trip to Florida for the children’s “Holiday of a Lifetime” 28th October to 6th November 2010.
The trustees consider all applications very carefully and select the volunteers required for this year’s trip. The trustees decision is final and you will be notified of their decision in due course.
All completed forms should be sent to the office along with 2 current passport sized photos by 26th March. Destination Florida, Clarendon Business Centre, 38 Clarendon Road, Eccles M30 9ES.

Easter Bunnies:
Sell the cute and cuddly toys to your family, friends and work colleagues. Contact the office for collection.
Company Charity of the Year:
Corporate support and fundraising is important for most company’s these days. We can help with ideas to suit a large or small workforce.
Christmas Card Collection:
Many companies prefer to have a collection instead of giving cards to each other in the office, and send it to the charity of there choice. Please think of Destination Florida.
Volunteers:
Perhaps you have a particular skill you wish to offer to the charity i.e. computer web page designing, organisational skills, helping at charity events, volunteer carer on the Destination Florida children’s trips.
Make a Donation:
Please call the office for information. We take credit card donations through the office and secure Gift Aid to maximise your personal donation.
Organise an event with friends and work colleagues:
We are more than happy to help and advise in any way to ensure your fundraising event is a success. Talk about your proposed ideas with friends and then agree them with the office so we can arrange use of the charity logo and registered charity number on your printed materials.
