Feedback and complaints policy

If you are not happy with the way we work or with something we have done, we would like to hear from you; so that we can work to resolve the issue. We would also love to hear from you if you like what we are doing and want to highlight the things we are doing well.

Your comments will help us improve the way we work and ensure that our supporters are happy with the way we conduct ourselves.

We will try our best to resolve your complaint as soon as we can but may need time to thoroughly investigate the issue concerned. If this is the case, we will keep in contact with you throughout the process.

We will let you know who will be contacting you and when you will hear from us. We aim to have all complaints resolved within 30 days of receipt.
